Just a little bug fix and some more QoL stuff.

• You can now get the "Deja Vu" achievement for talking to Hat Man on your second run.
• Added some new dialogue for Gigi if you somehow manage to give her a second Blunt. You aren't SUPPOSED to be able to do this, as the option to give Gigi a blunt shouldn't even appear if you've already given her one, but a failsafe dialogue is now there in case it DOES happen.
• Fixed up some weird coding jank with talking to the Twisted Gigi TWICE head after talking to Gigi.
• Patched a bug where the ERASE DATA button would appear in game if you pressed Play Demo IMMEDIATELY after closing the Achievements page.
